Parent Participation

Communication between River School and home is the foundation of our program’s success. Parents are a vital part of the River School community. We encourage parental involvement throughout your child’s school experience. Parents are regularly informed about the program, through newsletters, class calendars, parent-teacher communications and ongoing workshops. You are always welcome to observe and contribute, and to express your concerns and interests to the staff. River School welcomes parent volunteers, as this is an effective way for parents to see the school close-up and meet the teachers and administrators who form the backbone of the school.
